Interesting is that Vulcan postponed its ASM. Why is that? Are they going to announce something big? Or Im just hoping they will announce something big. Let's wait and see.

FPH: consistently giving cash dividend yearly

P1.00 per share (or 90 cents per share after taxes)
Ex-Date: May 13, 2016
Payment Date: Jun 02, 2016

FPH is giving cash dividend twice a year (May and November) for the past 5 years.  Thats a 2.5% income in a year if you buy at 70 pesos per share.

Here's a company where you can put your money and forget about it until you retire or if price hit 100 pesos per share and above. One of the best candidate also for EIP or averaging strategy.

FV of COL as of today is P138.20/share - almost double of its current price today P66-70/share.

Downside: Lopezes own this company. Our president elect Rodrigo Duterte is not a Cojuangco.

FLI

FLI managed to go to as high as 1.85 last week but is facing strong resistance at 1.85-1.9 area. It closed at 1.8 last Wednesday. Consolidation probably at 1.6-1.8. Remember my post about this stock last January? If you bought this @1.5, you should have at least made yourself 15% richer in just 2 months. For some its enough to cover their vacation expenses.

For those who got out, you may want to buy back again at 1.7 to 1.5/share -that is, if my prediction that FLI is forming a cup and handle pattern is right.

FPH: Facing major resistance

Remember my post last January about FPH hitting 52 week low at 49-51? It has so far risen since then to almost 25%. As of this writing, price is 64.3 pesos per share. For those who got it at 51 pesos per share, 25% profit in just 2 months isnt really bad.

At this level FPH is facing strong resistance: around 64.5 both from 130 day SMA and 23.6% fibo. If FPH breaks this resistance, 73-74/share is the next major resistance.
